Sales policy

• Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
• If you do not have a credit card, a guarantee prepayment of 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation is required. Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 3 day(s) prior to arrival.
• Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 7 day(s) after making the reservation.
• Check-in time is after 15:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 10:00 on departure day.
• Late check-out may result in extra charge.
• Room rates include local tax and service charges.
• Note that children aged 14 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
  
• The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
• The prices stated in this price list are an approximation only.
• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
• Aminess Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on the availability and demand.
  The stated price in the offer is informative until the receipt of the booking confirmation.
  
  When checking-in the reception will require a valid credit card as guarantee of payment or an advance payment for persons without credit cards.
  Please note that your credit card will be charged in Euros (EUR). Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate, this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in Euros (EUR) on the hotel invoice.
  
  Pets
  Smaller pets are allowed for an additional fee and with prior notice during the reservation process. One pet max. is allowed in hotel rooms, while two pets max. are allowed in apartments, holiday homes, and villas.

  Cancellation policy
  The reservation will be held till 20:00 hours, on a day of arrival.
  For all arrivals from 01.01. until 30.06. and from 01.10. until 31.12., in case of cancellation of the reservation 3-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
  For all arrivals from 01.07. until 30.09., in case of cancellation of the reservation 4-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
  In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
  In the event of an early departure the full amount of the reservation will be charged (exceptions will be made for departures due to illness or force majeure).
  
  Travel advice
  In just a few clicks, buy a travel insurance policy from our partner Uniqa and leave your worries at home.
  
  The price of parking is 3,00 Eur per day and is paid at the reception.

• The reservation can be modified online no less than 0 day(s) prior to arrival.

THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE INCLUDES:

• Indoor swimming pool with heated sea water and whirlpool
• Freshwater outdoor swimming pool with a limited number of lounge chairs and umbrellas
• Towel service (use of hotel towels)
• Bathrobe and slippers
• Use of the fitness centre
• 1 x entrance per day into the Spa zone* (bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, ice fountain and relax room)
• Residence tax

* Persons older than 16 years of age may use the Spa Zone.

Two hours are in price included, every additional hour you pay extra.

Mandatory prior reservation of the Spa zone.

The half board service includes breakfast and dinner (buffet-style).

Bed and breakfast service includes accommodation and breakfast (buffet-style).

In the period from 02.01.-21.03.2025.

(incl.) and from 03.11.-28.12.2025.

(incl.), the drinks in the buffet restaurant during dinner are included in the price of half-board (non carbonated soft drinks, still and mineral water).

In all other periods drinks are not included in the price.

In addition to the stated services, the packages also include extra services, specific for that package.

The price of parking is 3,00 Eur per day and is paid at the reception.
