Sales policy

• Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
• If you do not have a credit card a guarantee prepayment of 20,00% of the reservation value is required. Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 3 day(s) prior to arrival.
• Check-in time is after 12:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 12:00 on departure day.
• Note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
  
• The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
• The prices stated in this price list are an approximation only.
• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
• Aminess Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on the availability and demand.
  The stated price in the offer is informative until the receipt of the booking confirmation.
  
  When checking-in the reception will require a valid credit card as guarantee of payment or an advance payment for persons without credit cards.
  
  Please note that your credit card will be charged in Euros (EUR). Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate, this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in Euros (EUR) on the hotel invoice.
  
  Plot bookings are made by zone and plot type. Zones and plot types are marked on the campsite map.
  
  Although it is not possible to book a specific pitch number, we can make note of your request and do our best to fulfil it, depending on availability.
  
  All additional services used at the campsite and not charged at the time of booking (extra tent, extra car, car trailer, etc.) will be charged at check-out according to the valid price list.
  
  Cancellation policy
  The reservation will be held till 20:00 hours, on a day of arrival.
  In case of cancellation 4-0 days before arrival or in case of no show, we charge cancellation fee of 100% from guarantee value (20% of the reservation value).
  In the event of an early departure the full amount of the reservation will be charged (exceptions will be made for departures due to illness or force majeure).

  Camp site reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.

• The reservation can be modified online no less than 0 day(s) prior to arrival.

THE CAMPING PITCH PRICE INCLUDES:

• Space for 1 vehicle (motorcycle/car) + tent/caravan or space for motor home (camper)
• 1 additional tent/motorcycle/trailer/boat carrier
• Connection to electricity
• Connection to water
• Drainage
• Water park for children and adults from May until September (swimming pools with 5 slides and a baby pool)
• Lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach (limited number available)
• Use of the freshwater outdoor swimming pool with a limited number of lounge chairs and umbrellas
