Sales policy

• Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
• If you do not have a credit card, a guarantee prepayment of 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation is required. Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 3 day(s) prior to arrival.
• Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 7 day(s) after making the reservation.
• Check-in time is after 15:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 11:00 on departure day.
• Late check-out may result in extra charge.
• Room rates include local tax and service charges.
• Note that children aged 14 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
  
• The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
• The prices stated in this price list are an approximation only.
• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
• Aminess Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on the availability and demand. The stated price in the offer is informative until the receipt of the booking confirmation. When checking-in the reception will require a valid credit card as guarantee of payment or an advance payment for persons without credit cards. Please note that your credit card will be charged in Euros (EUR). Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate, this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in Euros (EUR) on the hotel invoice. Before arrival, please verify whether your booking confirmation and total booking amount include all the requested services and persons planning to stay in the booked facility. The stay of any and all unannounced persons (including children) shall be payable at the reception in accordance with the current price list. Pets Pets are not allowed. Cancellation policy The reservation will be held till 20:00 hours, on a day of arrival. For all arrivals from 01.01. until 30.06. and from 01.10. until 31.12., in case of cancellation of the reservation 3-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation. For all arrivals from 01.07. until 30.09., in case of cancellation of the reservation 4-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation. In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation. In the event of an early departure the full amount of the reservation will be charged (exceptions will be made for departures due to illness or force majeure). THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE INCLUDES:

• Indoor swimming pool with heated water and whirlpool
• Unlimited use of the SPA centre* (Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna, relax room, experience showers and relaxing area with sun loungers, refreshing fruit and teas)
• Unlimited use of the fitness studio
• Bathrobe and slippers
• Outdoor swimming pools with fresh water and a limited number of sun loungers and parasols (250 m2 pool with bar, 140 m2 pool with bar and 32 m2 pool for children)
• Towel service (use of hotel towels)
• Lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach (limited number available)
• Babysitting (working hours depend on the season)
• Residence tax

* Persons older than 16 years of age may use the Spa Zone.

The half board service includes breakfast and dinner (buffet-style).

Bed and breakfast service includes accommodation and breakfast (buffet-style).

In addition to the stated services, the packages also include extra services, specific for that package.

The price of parking is 8,00 Eur per day and is paid at the reception.

The price for the garage is 15,00 Eur per day.
