Sales policy

• Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
• If you do not have a credit card, a guarantee prepayment of 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation is required. Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 3 day(s) prior to arrival.
• Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 7 day(s) after making the reservation.
• Check-in time is after 15:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 10:00 on departure day.
• Late check-out may result in extra charge.
• Room rates include local tax and service charges.
• Note that children aged 14 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
  
• The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
• The prices stated in this price list are an approximation only.
• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
• Aminess Aminess Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on the availability and demand.
  The stated price in the offer is informative until the receipt of the booking confirmation.
  

  Credit card details are used as reservation guarantee.
  In order for your reservation to be valid, please fill in the required details via the link you will receive in a separate email before your arrival at the property. During the verification and storage of card details in a secure environment, an amount of 1.50 EUR will be temporarily charged to your card, which will be immediately refunded once the verification is successfully completed.
  The reception reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card on the day of your arrival at the facility.
  Please note that your credit card will be charged in Euros (EUR). Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate, this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in Euros (EUR) on the hotel invoice.

  Pets
  Smaller pets are allowed for an additional fee and with prior notice during the reservation process. One pet max. is allowed in hotel rooms, while two pets max. are allowed in apartments, holiday homes, and villas.

  Cancellation policy
  The reservation will be held till 20:00 hours, on a day of arrival.
  For all arrivals from 01.01. until 30.06. and from 01.10. until 31.12., in case of cancellation of the reservation 3-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
  For all arrivals from 01.07. until 30.09., in case of cancellation of the reservation 4-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
  In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation.
  In the event of an early departure the full amount of the reservation will be charged (exceptions will be made for departures due to illness or force majeure).

THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE INCLUDES:

• Freshwater outdoor swimming pool for adults and children with a limited number of lounge chairs and umbrellas
• Towel service (use of hotel towels)
• Sports activities: bowling, table tennis
• Residence tax

The half board service includes breakfast and dinner (buffet-style).

Bed and breakfast service includes accommodation and breakfast (buffet-style).

In addition to the stated services, the packages also include extra services, specific for that package.

The price of parking is 5,00 Eur per day and is paid at the reception.
