That happy chatter, that free, relaxed time, is even more enjoyable if no one at the table is busy making the food.
Whatever you crave, traditional Istrian, Kvarner, Dalmatian cuisine, or culinary classics, let the professionals cook for you on your vacation.
Get enchanted by the flavours.
The Croatian coast and cuisine are permeated with various cultures and influences, but the ingredients, whether farmed or wild, harvested and caught, have not changed much throughout history.
Kvarner and Dalmatia are a treasury of flavours that you will hardly find in one place elsewhere, from wild asparagus and truffles, to freshly caught fish or shellfish, and the Pag lamb and sheep's cheese. Everything tastes amazing. Accompany it with virgin olive oil from our olive gardens.
Aminess has prepared a table full of delicacies.
Aminess À la carte restaurants are laboratories and playrooms for our chefs. It all starts with local, fresh, and hand-picked ingredients. The rest depends only on the culinary team's creativity, techniques, and the season.

Inspired Culinary Experience for the Best Impression
Chef Matija Bogdan signs the 7 Seas concept. Inspired by local ingredients. their characteristics and flavours, Matija tries to elevate them with ambitious culinary techniques and inspired preparation.
The space and the service are relaxed but highly professional, so you can show up in flip-flops and still get fantastic food.
You can experience the 7 Seas on the island of Krk and on the island of Korčula. On Krk, in Njivice, the restaurant is surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, and on Korčula it is part of the Aminess Younique Korčula Heritage Hotel.
It's no joke - if you open a review of any Aminess hotel or campsite, all our guests are unanimously delighted with the quality and variety of our buffets.
Some of them have show cooking, where our chefs prepare what you like according to your taste and desire, in front of you. They all have a gluten-free corner and the will to meet you and prepare something not in the standard offer. No matter how infinitely diverse it is.
Half board too. You will not eat the same dish in 7 days - unless you want to.
As a pleasant surprise to our guests and all lovers of fine dining: we have guest appearances by renowned Croatian chefs from March to October. The invited chefs prepare an original, unique menu for the occasion. For a single day.
You can join Aminess Wine & Gourmet Nights at four locations:
It is best to sign up for the mailing list or follow us on Facebook, and we will inform you who the next guest is, and where and when the dinner is taking place.

The bar is usually the liveliest place in the hotel or a camp. With the beautiful scenery and the sea in the background, who can resist a nice cocktail or a glass of excellent Croatian wine from the region where the hotel is located.
The Lobby Bar is a place of rest and relaxation. Piano bars usually have terraces and radiate a sense of luxury and tradition. The younger, crazier, and more energetic get by the Punto Mare bars by the pool, where the fun starts at sunset.
Are you up for a glass of conversation?
From Pelješac through Dalmatia, to Kvarner and Istria, Croatia is a diverse and incredibly special wine region, because nowhere in such a small territory will you find so many different, old, indigenous varieties.
In Kvarner you must try:
Malvasia, the queen of summer, fresh, floral, light, mineral - every glass is a new experience.
Teran, is a red wine that has a hint of wilderness in it, and winemakers say it is difficult to "school", but when you make a good bottle, every glass from that bottle will be like drinking a different wine, from a young, light one, to a velvety, full of flavour - all from the same bottle.
Muscat, especially if from Momjan, is irresistibly sweet and fresh, which makes it a great end of any serious meal, sometimes instead of dessert, and sometimes as a perfect accompaniment to dessert.
The island of Krk has its own, ancient and unique variety.
Vrbnička Žlahtina has been produced on this island since ancient times, and is known for its varietal taste of immortelle, apple and flowers. For special occasions, try the sparkling wine made from Žlahtina that is aged in the sea, at a depth of 30 meters.
South Dalmatia is a treasure chest of wine treasures:
Pelješac is the homeland of plavac
Plavac Mali, one of the oldest local varieties spread worldwide by Dalmatians, produces full, heavy, luxurious red wines. The highest quality are those from the Postup and Dingač locations on Pelješac, which are the best gift from Croatia to any wine lover. Open them with a good steak or premium white fish, because that's how we drink it here.
Prošek is drunk and made throughout Dalmatia, as the Croatian version of the Italian Marsala, or the Portuguese Port. Depending on the variety it is made from, the results can vary. The best Prošek is made from Plavac (hence Pelješac); if it is made from Vugava (an indigenous Vis variety); it resembles sweet sherry.
Korčula has its varieties
Pošip, an intense, luxurious, white wine from grapes brought to this island by the ancient Greeks, ripens early and produces wine with flavors of macchia, wildflowers, orange peel, almonds, figs, apricots. The people of Korčula say one from the Čara location is the best.
Rukatac is another Korčula ace in the wine game, a dry, slightly sweet, refreshing white wine that you can sip all day, and under the name Maraština, you can also find it in other parts of Dalmatia.
Grk is something special, and rare, so if you come across it, try some. It is most often grown around Lumbarda and produces a dry wine, high in acidity, with notes of pine needles, and a slightly bitter taste.
If you are to believe the world's best olive oil guide Flos Olea, Istria has been the best olive-growing region in the world for many years.
According to numerous analyses, Croatian olive oils have the highest proportion of phenolic compounds of all producing countries in the Mediterranean, which makes them the healthiest, and not just of the highest quality.
Aminess has invested in its olive groves and continues the thousand-year-old tradition of olive growing in Istria by producing its extra virgin olive oil Vergal.
Our two olive groves have a total of 1,836 trees of the leccino, frantoio, pendolino and istrian bjelica varieties.
If you have tasted Vergal in our restaurants, you can order it from our webshop!
Or take it home to your friends.
